Angelora was created by two mums who Co-own a business and wanted to give reps their own chance to earn an instant commission job. So we got together Angelora began.

We work with suppliers from the UK and some imports. To bring you a whole range of products to cater for everyone . We work with a number of external suppliers who supply us with top quality products and handmade items.

We also have the option for open box, purchase as you go, pay one lot of postage within the 8 weeks.

Who will deliver my order? Royal Mail 48 Tracked service
How long will my delivery be? Up to 21 working days .
Who do i contact for order queries? angelora.org@gmail.com after 21 working days with the order number
If your order has been processed through the supplier no refund can be given.
Personalised items are non returnable unless broken/faulty/or error on our behalf.
We will only refund and exchange 14 days after receipt of goods.
To be eligible for a return/exchange your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It should also be in the original packaging with any labels still attached.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our behalf
Please allow up to 7 working days to be credited with your refund which is done back to your original payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on our behalf. If you need to exchange it for the same item.
If you have not received your parcel within 7 working days from dispatch, please contact the office at angelora.org@gmail.comfor tracking number.
Please note that in the event of a missing parcel, we cannot offer a replace or refund your order until the parcel has been officially classed as missing by the carrier which is currently 30 days from posting.
If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, you will be charged for repostage

Clothing and shoes will not be refunded unless through fault of supplier the size or colour is wrong. Any damaged items or incorrect order must be reported straight away to the email. Please ensure on ordering its correct information.
